Our team of engineers has just commenced work on the installation of two E-2.5-0.9GM steam boilers of Ukrainian manufacture.
Monastyryshche Boiler Equipment Plant (MBEP) Energometmash, a leader in the industry, completed the manufacturing of the boilers literally yesterday, and their installation is already taking place these days.
Work is underway to dismantle the two existing steam boilers, prepare for the installation of the first new boiler, and proceed with subsequent commissioning.
We will report on the results, efficiency, and savings for the client soon after the completion of all stages.
The E-2.5-0.9GM steam boilers are vertical water-tube, two-drum boilers with natural circulation and are designed to operate on natural gas. Depending on the burner, they can run on liquefied gas, fuel oil, diesel fuel, and crude oil. The E-2.5-0.9 GM steam boilers are used for generating saturated steam at an absolute pressure of no more than 0.9 MPa and a steam capacity of 2.5 tons of steam per hour. In our case, the boilers from the plant will operate in hot water mode.
