To reduce heat loss in the network, the Oblteplo team installed a dedicated heating source for the step-down substation premises.
The boiler room is equipped with proven equipment:
two Bosch Tronic 5000 H electric boilers with a capacity of 36 kW each, equipped with weather-compensated controls;
Grundfos pumping equipment with frequency control.
ventilation system with air heating and supporting engineering equipment.
Power supply to the boiler room is provided via a cable line with a total length of 120 meters.
As a result, heating and domestic hot water supply for the building have been secured, while maintaining connection to external heat networks with full redundancy.
