Work was carried out to dismantle the existing two steam boilers and to install and connect two new Ukrainian‑made E‑2.5‑0.9GM steam boilers for the railway depot in Vinnytsia region.
The new equipment replaced boilers that had been in operation for over 20 years, ensuring higher energy efficiency, improved safety, and significant gas savings thanks to a modern control system.
Immediately after the completion of boiler manufacturing by Monastyryshche Boiler Equipment Plant Energomash, one of the industry leaders, we began their installation.
The E‑2.5‑0.9GM steam boilers belong to the type of vertical water‑tube, two‑drum boilers with natural circulation and are designed to operate on natural gas. Depending on the burner, they can also run on liquefied gas, fuel oil, diesel fuel, and crude oil.
The E‑2.5‑0.9GM steam boilers are used for producing saturated steam at an absolute pressure of up to 0.9 MPa with a steam capacity of 2.5 tons per hour. In our case, the boilers supplied by the plant are operating in hot‑water mode.
