We are looking for a talented and responsible Chief Engineer - about<\/span><\/span>is<\/span>designer for permanent cooperation. Work is being carried out in the following sections: heating, thermal mechanics, water supply, drainage, automation.<\/span><\/p>\n


Requirements:
<\/b>\u2981 Professional knowledge and ability to apply the regulatory framework with<\/span><\/span>is<\/span>construction, labor protection and fire safety<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2981 Orientation in working with project and estimate documentation<\/span><\/span> Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, Helvetica Neue, sans-serif;\">.
\u2981 Knowledge of AutoCAD.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n


Responsibilities:
<\/b>\u2981 Technical management of design and exploration works during the<\/span><\/span>\u0454<\/span>\u043a\u0442\u0443\u0432\u0430\u043d\u043d\u0456 \u0442\u0430 \u0430\u0432\u0442\u043e\u0440\u0441\u044c\u043a\u043e\u043c\u0443 \u043d\u0430\u0433\u043b\u044f\u0434\u0456 \u0437\u0430 \u0432\u043f\u0440\u043e\u0432\u0430\u0434\u0436\u0435\u043d\u043d\u044f\u043c \u043f\u0440\u043e\u0435\u043a\u0442\u0443<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2981 Preparation of data for concluding contracts for the performance of work on the development and implementation of complex solutions
\u2981 Organization, planning and control of the work of subordinate and subcontracting organizations during the performance of all work
\u2981 Formation of tasks for subcontracting organizations to perform the work assigned to them, and providing these organizations with the necessary initial data.
\u2981 Resolution of issues arising in the process of developing and implementing projects.
\u2981 Control over the technical level of adopted design decisions, economical spending of funds on design and survey work, terms of development of design and estimate documentation
\u2981 Carrying out project defense in higher organizations and expert bodies, participation in the consideration and approval of design and estimate documentation.
\u2981 Organization and direct participation in the development of methodological materials for the development and implementation of complexes, training of the organization's specialists in performing all work on the development and implementation of complexes
\u2981 Presentation of the organization to all participants in the creation of the complex within the framework of the complex project, as well as to controlling and coordinating organizations<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
