because we are confident the future of the engineering industry begins in university classrooms.
Many of our talented colleagues started their professional journey with the company as early as their second year—completing internships—and became an integral part of the team for many years after their fourth year.
This time, we had an excellent opportunity to speak with students from OSACEA (Odesa State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture) who are enrolled in the following programs:
- Heating, gas supply, and ventilation
- Architectural and construction engineering
- Industrial and civil engineering
- Energy efficiency of buildings and energy engineering
We presented the company's activities, shared our experience, and discussed our social and educational initiatives. In turn, the students shared their plans for the future. It was extremely rewarding to witness their genuine interest in the field and their desire to grow within it.
