During the award ceremony, Odesa Regional Military Administration Head Oleg Kiper addressed all sector employees, emphasizing the importance of their efforts, particularly in ensuring a sustainable water, heat, and electricity supply amid full-scale war.   "Your daily work has always been extremely important and socially necessary. It is you who make sure that our homes have water, heat, electricity... And in the conditions of martial law, your work has become a real feat. Often, risking your lives, you carried out numerous repairs to critical infrastructure facilities, and restored the territories that were damaged as a result of the Russian aggression against Ukraine," he noted. We join in congratulating all industry workers and wish them continued success and strength in their vital work.
