The Oblteplo team continues to perform work commissioned by the Odesa Housing Association and individual condominiums. Our partners say: if you are not yet ready to take on an energy-efficient project, see how it works for your neighbors and how much it reduces the financial burden on family budgets. The average completion time is up to one month, including the time for approval of project documentation. In total, more than 10 facilities have already been put into operation.
This list was recently supplemented by two apartment buildings located in the Peresypsky district of Odessa. We dismantled the existing heating units and installed individual heating points (ITP) with automatic weather-dependent regulation of the coolant temperature. "The control system based on Raut-Automatic controllers automatically maintains the temperature schedule in the heating system depending on the outside air temperature. This is done using two-way valves with Danfoss electric drives," reports Oleksandr Ivanko, head of the construction and installation department of Oblteplo.
Modern energy-efficient Grundfos MAGNA1 frequency-controlled pumps were also installed.
Interestingly, the project was implemented within the framework of a grant from Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI), where under the terms of co-financing, residents pay only 20% of the contract cost. The rest is the fund's funds, attracted with the assistance of the Odesa Housing Association. "The best criterion for effectiveness is practice. It has shown that the money invested by residents pays off within one or two years, and then they have net savings. We continue to cooperate with partners, including the Oblteplo company. We are currently planning to install four more ITPs within this stage of the program," said Yevhen Malnev, head of the Odesa Housing Association.
With the support of the foundation, the Association provided co-financing for the installation of individual heating points in 42 apartment buildings in Odessa. “This is part of a humanitarian project that supports our various initiatives every year,” added Mr. Yevhen.
The Association provides information about the opportunity to join to its members - those who have experience in managing their own homes and systematically work on their development. For our part, we urge everyone to pay attention to proven, relevant energy efficiency projects and choose the best option for you.
