Modernizing apartment heating points resulted in monthly savings of over 25%.

The Oblteplo team continues to perform work commissioned by the Odesa Housing Association and individual condominiums. Our partners say: if you are not yet ready to take on an energy-efficient project, see how it works for your neighbors and how much it reduces the financial burden on family budgets.
⏳The average completion time is up to one month, including the time for approval of project documentation. In total, more than 10 facilities have already been put into operation.
This list was recently supplemented by two apartment buildings located in the Peresypsky district of Odessa. We dismantled the existing heating units and installed individual heating points (ITP) with automatic weather-dependent regulation of the coolant temperature.
➡️ "The control system based on Raut-Automatic controllers automatically maintains the temperature schedule in the heating system depending on the outside air temperature. This is done using two-way valves with Danfoss electric drives," reports Oleksandr Ivanko, head of the construction and installation department of Oblteplo.
Modern energy-efficient Grundfos MAGNA1 frequency-controlled pumps were also installed.
Interestingly, the project was implemented within the framework of a grant from Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI), where under the terms of co-financing, residents pay only 20% of the contract cost. The rest is the fund's funds, attracted with the assistance of the Odesa Housing Association.
➡️ "The best criterion for effectiveness is practice. It has shown that the money invested by residents pays off within one or two years, and then they have net savings. We continue to cooperate with partners, including the Oblteplo company. We are currently planning to install four more ITPs within this stage of the program," said Yevhen Malnev, head of the Odesa Housing Association.
With the support of the foundation, the Association provided co-financing for the installation of individual heating points in 42 apartment buildings in Odessa. “This is part of a humanitarian project that supports our various initiatives every year,” added Mr. Yevhen.
The Association provides information about the opportunity to join to its members - those who have experience in managing their own homes and systematically work on their development. For our part, we urge everyone to pay attention to proven, relevant energy efficiency projects and choose the best option for you.

Working in Kherson: Step‑by‑Step Towards Recovery

In early May 2025, another modern Grundfos LS series pump was put into operation in the hero city, providing water supply to one of the districts. This is another stage in the joint work of Oblteplo, Grundfos and Kherson Water Utility to restore critical infrastructure. The equipment works in conjunction with a frequency converter, which ensures energy-efficient and reliable operation of the system. It should be noted that the pump performance adapts to real needs. Such a technical solution reduces component wear and tear and helps reduce energy consumption. The project is being implemented with the support of IOM Ukraine. Thanks to joint efforts, we have already managed to establish stable operation of a number of pumping stations — and we are not stopping. We are always ready to come to the rescue and make our contribution to the restoration of the critical infrastructure of Kherson!

Oblteplo and “Na Chasi” Launch New Educational Initiative

The educational initiative of Oblteplo and the community space “On Time” has been launched🎙 We are talking about energy efficiency, engineering solutions in the field of heat and water supply ⚙️

The first meeting brought together practitioners, as well as those who want to learn more and have relevant questions about heating systems. Professor of the Department of Power Plants and Energy-Saving Technologies of Odessa Polytechnic University, Doctor of Technical Sciences Oleksandr Klimchuk, spoke to the audience and shared his own experience.

➡️ “The issue of energy efficiency is very important now, so people's awareness influences many decisions,” says the professor.

He emphasizes that the thermal power industry involves many specialists from other industries. During the time of work and closer acquaintance with the direction, a person can change profession and become successful in it.

➡️ Konstantin, an electrical engineer by profession, says that what he enjoys most in the industry is designing and performing calculations. “I will gain experience with these courses, and perhaps also gain additional practical skills,” he said of his expectations.

➡️ At the same time, Dmytro, who was forced to move to Odessa and change jobs due to the full-scale invasion, has already completed an internship at Oblteplo. “I consider this direction to be very promising,” Dmytro expressed his opinion.

➡️ At the invitation of "Na Chasi" Dmitry Akilin came to the meeting, who, together with his colleagues, is creating a space according to the methodological recommendations of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine, where it will be possible to talk to a psychologist, learn about state opportunities not only for military personnel after completing their service, but also for all those who have suffered from the military aggression of the Russian Federation. One of the main areas of work should be professional reorientation and employment, in particular in the regions of the region.

🇺🇦 We dream that everyone can find themselves and know even more about an industry that directly affects the quality of people's lives.
🎥 We are preparing a video about the event, in which you can hear these stories and feel the atmosphere of what is truly On Time!

Congratulations to Our Partners on a Successful 2024–2025 Heating Season

Congratulations to our partners on the successful completion of the 2024-2025 heating season! During the war, this is a challenge that we can cope with thanks to the Defense Forces of Ukraine. Thanks to each and every one who, with titanic efforts, protects people and infrastructure from systematic attacks from Russia. The Oblteplo team serves half a thousand heat generation sources in different regions of Ukraine, more than 50 pumping stations and 15 industrial wastewater treatment plants. Part of our team is in the military. Part is involved in the restoration of critical infrastructure. However, we are all doing one common thing so that the country lives and functions. Therefore, our experts once again remind us of the action plan that must be started immediately after the end of the heating season and the sealing of gas pipelines: 🔹 we draw up schedules for planned and preventive repairs (PPR); 🔹 we take measuring instruments (MIE) for verification; 🔹 we carry out an audit of heat-generating equipment, cleaning and washing of heat exchangers and filters; 🔹 We perform routine repairs of gas pressure regulators, gas pipelines, pumping equipment, etc. Such high-quality and timely preparation will ensure an easy start and successful completion of the entire next heating season.
