The educational initiative of Oblteplo and the community space “On Time” has been launched
We are talking about energy efficiency, engineering solutions in the field of heat and water supply 
The first meeting brought together practitioners, as well as those who want to learn more and have relevant questions about heating systems. Professor of the Department of Power Plants and Energy-Saving Technologies of Odessa Polytechnic University, Doctor of Technical Sciences Oleksandr Klimchuk, spoke to the audience and shared his own experience.
“The issue of energy efficiency is very important now, so people's awareness influences many decisions,” says the professor.
He emphasizes that the thermal power industry involves many specialists from other industries. During the time of work and closer acquaintance with the direction, a person can change profession and become successful in it.
Konstantin, an electrical engineer by profession, says that what he enjoys most in the industry is designing and performing calculations. “I will gain experience with these courses, and perhaps also gain additional practical skills,” he said of his expectations.
At the same time, Dmytro, who was forced to move to Odessa and change jobs due to the full-scale invasion, has already completed an internship at Oblteplo. “I consider this direction to be very promising,” Dmytro expressed his opinion.
At the invitation of "Na Chasi" Dmitry Akilin came to the meeting, who, together with his colleagues, is creating a space according to the methodological recommendations of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine, where it will be possible to talk to a psychologist, learn about state opportunities not only for military personnel after completing their service, but also for all those who have suffered from the military aggression of the Russian Federation. One of the main areas of work should be professional reorientation and employment, in particular in the regions of the region.
