In 2023, an industrial enterprise approached us with the idea of redirecting excess heat from cogeneration units to meet urgent needs. To achieve this, we designed, built, and commissioned three main nodes.
Central heat extraction unit — equipped with heat exchangers, circulation pumps, water treatment, and control automation. Its purpose is to capture heat from the generators and redistribute it into the external heating network.
Організація зовнішньої теплотраси, де тепло з центрального вузла розподіляється по точках споживання. Загальна протяжність трубопроводів теплотраси близько 2 км.
Fourteen heat distribution substations — connecting generator heat with the plant’s existing heating systems (underfloor heating, ventilation units, and radiators).
As part of the project, we also installed a new centralized heating system in the plant’s administrative building. Previously, heating relied on local devices — air conditioners, fan heaters, convectors, and electric radiators — which collectively consumed a large amount of electricity.
As a result, employee comfort conditions improved significantly, and the persistent issue of humidity was eliminated.
